Permission to use the airfield at Orania in the Northern Cape Province.
Permission will only be granted at the discretion of Kambro Koöperatief Bpk. (âthe Councilâ)âs Airfields Superintendent, and is subject to the following conditions being accepted by the owner or operator of the aircraft (âthe Applicantâ).
1. Indemnity and Insurance
The Applicant agrees to indemnify the Council and any member, employee, servants or agents of the Council:
- In respect of injury (including injury resulting in death) to any member, employee, servant or agent of the Council.
- In respect of any damage to the airfield, and any loss of or damage to the Councilâs buildings, stores, equipment or other property thereon.
- Against any claim for personal injury, damage or loss which may be made against the Council or any member, employee, servant or agent of the Council by any person whomsoever, including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) any passenger in the Applicantâs aircraft and any tenant of the airfield or airfield premises.
Which may arise out of or in connection with the use of any airport pursuant to the Permission, however such injury, loss or damage may be caused, except to the extent that such injury, damage, or loss is the result of the negligence or willful act or omission of the Council, its employees or agents whilst acting in the course of their employment.
The Applicant agrees to make no claim against the Council or any member, employee or agent of the Council in respect of personal injury (including injury resulting in death), unless arising from the negligence of the Council, its employees or agents whilst acting in the course of their employment.
The Applicant agrees to make no claim against the Council for any loss of, or damage to, the Applicantâs aircraft or any property therein. The Applicant undertakes to pay to the Council the sum(s) equal to any sum which may be paid by the Council in respect of the death or injury of any member, employee, servant or agent of the Council.
The Applicant undertakes to always maintain a valid insurance policy covering all risks and to produce it on request. The Applicant acknowledges that no ATC/FIS or rescue/firefighting services are available at the airfield.
2. Conditions of Use
All flights are strictly PPR (Prior Permission Required). Permission must be obtained by contacting:

Each landing must have its own indemnity in place. Indemnities are valid for one year, but permission must still be requested before each flight.
No night flying is allowed (30 mins after sunset to 30 mins before sunrise). Permission can be revoked at any time without notice. Local regulations, NOTAMs, and AIP Supplements must be observed. This permission applies only to flights not requiring a licensed aerodrome.
Applicants must ensure their aircraft can safely operate on the promulgated runway lengths. Surface contamination, including FOD, may be present. Bird activity poses a risk. No deterrent measures are in place.
This Permission is valid for a period of one year.

Toestemming om die vliegveld te gebruik in Orania in die Noord-Kaap Provinsie.
Toestemming sal slegs toegestaan word met die diskresie van Kambro Koöperatief Bpk. (âdie Raadâ) se Vliegveld Superintendent, en is onderhewig aan aanvaarding van die volgende voorwaardes deur die eienaar of operateur van die vliegtuig (âdie Aansoekerâ).
1. Vrywaring en Versekering
Die Aansoeker stem in om die Raad en enige lid, werknemer, dienaars of agente van die Raad te vrywaar:
- Ten opsigte van besering (insluitend besering wat tot die dood lei) aan enige lid, werknemer, dienaar of agent van die Raad.
- Ten opsigte van enige skade aan die vliegveld, en enige verlies van of skade aan die Raad se geboue, store, toerusting of ander eiendom daarop.
- Teen enige eis vir persoonlike besering, skade of verlies wat teen die Raad of enige lid, werknemer, dienskneg of agent van die Raad gemaak kan word deur enige persoon wie ook al, insluitend enige passasier in die Aansoeker se vliegtuig en enige huurder van die vliegveld of vliegveld perseel.
Wat mag ontstaan uit of in verband met die gebruik van die landingstrook ingevolge die toestemming, behalwe waar sodanige skade of verlies die gevolg is van nalatigheid of opsetlike versuim deur die Raad of sy werknemers/diensknegte in diens.
Die Aansoeker stem in om geen eis teen die Raad of enige lid, werknemer of agent in te stel vir besering of dood nie, tensy dit direk uit nalatigheid van die Raad voortvloei.
Die Aansoeker onderneem om ân geldige versekering polis in plek te hou vir elke landing, en om dit op versoek aan die Raad te toon.
2. Gebruiksvoorwaardes
Alle vlugte is streng VTV (Vooraf Toestemming Vereis). Kontak:

ân Vrywaring moet in plek wees vir elke landing. Dit geld vir een jaar, maar toestemming moet elke keer bevestig word.
Geen nagvlugte word toegelaat nie. Toestemming kan enige tyd teruggetrek word. Alle plaaslike regulasies, NOTAMs en AIP aanvullings moet gevolg word.
Vliegtuie moet veilig kan werk op gepromulgeerde aanloopbane. Daar mag oppervlak besoedeling wees. Geen personeel is beskikbaar vir voëlaktiwiteit-afskrikking nie.
Hierdie toestemming is geldig vir een jaar.
